With our expansion to all levels of play CNY Xplosion is looking for several coaches for the 10u, 12u, 14u, and 18u levels. All coaches must pass a background check and certify as a Safesport member through ASA Softball. Anyone interested must be highly motivated and have experience within the sport of softball. All coaching experience will be considered. Our coaches must be dedicated to the team and the development of its players. We believe in coaching. Teaching fundamentals and basic skills are key to the successfulness of the team and its members. Most importantly we believe that enjoyment of the sport while learning skills in a positive environment is essential to the learning process. Xplosion Softball is looking for dedicated coaches who are looking to grow with a program that puts the players first. All Head coaches pick their own teams and tournaments. They are responsible for running organized practices while teaching fundamentals and basic softball skills at the lower levels and more advanced skills and techniques at the older levels. Anyone interested must be professional and always make it about the players.
